Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
- The product is received in a damaged condition
- An incorrect item has been delivered
- There is a verified issue with product quality
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind
- Personal taste preferences
- Products that have been opened or used
2. Proof of Claim
To process any return or refund request, customers must provide:
- Order details
- Clear photographic evidence of the product
- A detailed description of the issue
Please note: Claims submitted without sufficient evidence will not be accepted.
3. Refund Process
Once the claim has been reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned goods or acceptable proof of return
4. Replacement Policy
Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- If the issue is due to our error (damaged, faulty, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs
- In all other approved cases, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened food products
- Used items
- Bulk or customised orders (unless damaged or incorrect upon delivery)
